Our Story

Custom Commercial Developments is a privately owned construction company that was established initially as a subsidiary of a civils construction company in 2006. As time progressed it was evident that the market place warranted a self-supporting building company, thus, Custom Commercial Developments was formed. Since its establishment, concentrating mainly on new buildings, we have now created our foundation into the commercial market, inclusive of keeping all civil works in house. Commercial buildings are increasing in demand, this includes office buildings, warehouses, and retail buildings. CUSTOM COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENTS are one of the leading commercial builders in KZN with years of experience and passion to build commercial buildings that will meet all the needs of our clients. We have also secured our first new large scale development comprising of a number of warehouses , this we hope will pave our way for further developments in the near future.
